The Challenge
Paw House offers cage-free daycare, boarding, training, pet taxis, and community events. As it moved to a larger location, it needed a brand that could grow with it. This was the moment to define it clearly and build a system ready for day one.

The Start
We worked with the Paw House team to define their values and a voice that feels approachable, warm, inclusive, and joyful. We identified a gap in the market, a need for a daycare that focuses more on owners and community than just the pets. We shifted communication from dog-first to owner-first so messages speak to the people making decisions.
Our Journey
We turned the owner-first idea into a system shaped by real moments at Paw House. Creating a visual link between owners and dogs so one language speaks to both and flexes as services and events grow. To keep the community close, we introduced badges people can wear and share. Then we mapped the new space and its key touchpoints, and designed each one to feel like the home of Paw House.
The Finale
Paw House feels built for owners and their furry companions. The palette is soft, the type is calm, and layouts feel roomy. The PH dog mark is instantly recognisable without shouting. Badges and friendly scenes make the community feel close. The result is welcoming and capable, a place you trust with your dog.
