The challenge was to develop a brand identity for Papaya, a company focused on enhancing dining experiences through technology. The goal was to create a brand that resonates with a digitally-savvy audience, emphasizing convenience, innovation, and enjoyment in dining experiences.

How we solved it

We approached this by embodying Papaya’s essence of ‘better dining’ through a blend of youthful, mildly rebellious, and friendly tones. Utilising a unique colour palette and playful yet professional typography, we highlighted Papaya’s commitment to frictionless dining experiences. Our design emphasised the connection between diners and dining outlets, reflecting Papaya’s innovative approach to dining in the digital age.

The look of the brand illustrations shows the relationships between diners, what the diners consume and the dining outlets. We used a continuous line for the illustrations to reinforce visually the theme of connection and the frictionless convenience of the Papaya app in the overall dining experience.
