The Start
We kicked off with a deep-dive workshop. We mapped Denmark’s skincare market and saw a gap – a need for a skincare reinvention in Denmark. We saw a need to guide the uninitiated skincare curious and introduce them to the world of K-Beauty.
Our Journey
From our research, we knew the brand had to welcome every skin story. We defined a playful, inclusive positioning that embraces people of all ages, backgrounds, ethnicities, and skin types. Then we designed a flexible identity system with five skin-type colour cues, modular line graphics and Korean characters. We paired it with friendly, clear messaging so everyone feels at home exploring K-Beauty.
The Finale
We delivered a complete brand toolkit: logos, colour palettes, iconography, typography and social media templates. We built an easy to manage Shopify store with drag and drop pages and custom product labels for advanced filtering, helping people find products based on their skin-type. Now the Beauty Kompas team can mix and match assets, roll out new launches and own their brand story.
