The Start
We traveled to Fang, Chiang Mai, to experience the tea forests firsthand. Meeting the farmers and learning how tea cultivation helps protect biodiversity. Those first-hand insights guided every step of our UX direction, ensuring the website reflects the brand’s mission from the ground up.
Our Journey
We translated our UX strategy into a UI design that balances brand storytelling with usability. Every layout, visual, and interaction was designed to express Monsoon Tea’s purpose while guiding users through a smooth purchasing experience across global markets. We collaborated closely with the Monsoon Tea team to map their data collection process and connect it to a live API on the website which tracks every product to its origin.
The Finale
The new Monsoon Tea website is a multilingual e-commerce platform that turns data and design into one cohesive narrative, it brings story and purpose together. Each product reflects the brand’s mission, every page measures real impact, and every interaction invites customers to sip tea that truly cares for the planet. Beyond the website, we also developed a digital catalogue for their offline kiosk, designed in the same mood and tone to create a seamless brand experience across every touchpoint.
