The Start
Our collaboration began with an in-depth UX Workshop conducted across four key markets; Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Taiwan to understand both user behaviors and regional business needs.
We set out to understand how customers explore luxury watches online and how each market operates. This shaped a clear direction for the experience we needed to build.
Our Journey
Through a series of sessions and research exercises, we finalised the UX objectives, defined consumer personas, mapped user journeys, analyzed case studies, and established key features, sitemap, and user flows. This groundwork laid a clear and data-backed direction for the wireframes and experience design to follow.
With a solid UX foundation, we designed a unified UI system that reflects Cortina Watch’s elegance in every detail. The layout is clean and refined, with intuitive navigation that keeps the focus on the watches.
During development we brought the design to life across all markets, integrating key functions like bookings, CRM connections, SEO optimisation and localised content. The platform was built for performance, scalability, and long-term growth.
The Finale
The finished website brings Cortina Watch’s multi-brand world together in one seamless experience. It is modern, refined, and built to support both discovery and boutique traffic. The platform strengthens the brand’s digital presence and reflects Cortina Watch’s position as a leader in luxury retail across the region.
