Cortina Watch needed a digital platform that matched the precision and luxury of the brand. The site had to unify its multi-brand presence across its 50+ boutiques in Asia Pacific and guide users smoothly from exploration to in-person visits.

Our collaboration began with an in-depth UX Workshop conducted across four key markets; Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Taiwan to understand both user behaviors and regional business needs.

 

We set out to understand how customers explore luxury watches online and how each market operates. This shaped a clear direction for the experience we needed to build.
